Sea Fire Ship's Introduction Log
Our Photo

It's a beginning...this website, or should I use the correct term, Blog, as in Web Log???  Thanks to our dock neighbors, Tom & Dawn Baker on s/v Warm Rain, we've just begun to learn how to create a way to stay in touch with all our family and friends during our circumnavigation.  Tom said..."it's easy" and Dawn said "it's easy, really it is"!  That's probably true for most of their friends but it's been a bit challenging for me.  But now, after the learning curve has spun up a bit, I'm beginning to think they're right.  Each time you visit our "blog" you may notice various changes.  That's because we're still experimenting with the design and content aspects.  Each day we tweak it in some way or another to see what we think.  It's really quite fun.

NEW BLOG COMING SOON!!!

Our Introduction to Sea Fire

Sea Fire in BC We first saw Sea Fire at the Seattle Boats Afloat Show when she was first launched in 2001.  Oh how we envied the new owners but knew that owning a Waterline Yacht was just outside our reach financially.  Then through an odd set of circumstances, 2 years later in July 2003, Sea Fire became ours.  Never in our wildest dreams did we ever imagine we'd one day be sailing away around the globe on such a beautiful and capable yacht.
